These are all great arguments for the adoption of social networking. Efficiency is definitely one of the biggest. The one difficult idea to sell is the fact that integration of all departments into the social media will potentially take time away from the other employees. Truly embracing social means that more than one department should be involved in the social networking, so in that sense it may be difficult to sell the full integration of social into the business. I've found that it's often owners of the smaller businesses which have an easier time with stomaching the integration costs.

Love the Prezi, and am going to have to go back and look at it a few times to really get a grip on all the content! Nice to have videos embedded too.

I have done my homeworks.

Of course I couldn't expect great results considering the low level of engagement we currently have with social media. But I take this as a first evaluation stage useful to reach a better understanding of what means to be socially active and truly engaged.

I will send the results to Jim's email hoping I have the right one.

I looking forward to the social Media Strategy and Management Online Course and I am ready to absorb everyone's insights and contribute to the overall discussion.
